About the research

BUILD THE RIGHT THING—FROM REAL COACHING EVIDENCE.

Coaching Intelligence is an early research and development effort focused on the planning, attendance, game-status, and communication problems adult coaches and league leaders experience.

What we are studying

FROM GAME PLAN TO IN-GAME REPAIR

We want to understand how coaches prepare batting, defensive, and bench plans—and what happens when reality changes the plan. Attendance changes, substitutions, league rules, workload limits, and time pressure all matter.

The evidence will help decide what should be built, tested, changed, or left out. This is discovery work, not a promise that every proposed feature will become a product.
