ADULTS WITH FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE AROUND YOUTH BASEBALL.
The current research wave is deliberately focused. We want direct evidence from the adults who make, support, or oversee coaching decisions.
Assistant coaches
Adults who meaningfully support planning, lineups, or substitutions.
League officials
Commissioners, directors, and administrators who answer coach questions or manage policy.
Organization leaders
Adult decision-makers who evaluate tools, support systems, or program investments.
Current eligibility
18+ PARTICIPANTS ONLY
Parents without an active coaching or league role, minors, and athletes are not part of this evidence sample. Their perspectives may be considered in a future, separately designed research phase.
