Research privacy summary
COLLECT LESS. KEEP THE PURPOSE CLEAR.
This summary explains the information collected through the current Coaching Intelligence research survey and the choices available to adult participants.

Survey responses
We collect answers about your adult role, coaching or league experience, planning practices, challenges, and reaction to an early product concept. A technical session identifier, completion time, and basic source tag may also be recorded to operate and improve the survey.
Optional contact information
If you volunteer for an interview, working session, beta-research conversation, or occasional product updates, we collect the adult name, email, optional phone number, contact preference, availability, and permission you provide. Contact details are stored separately from survey answers.
How information is used
Information is used to analyze research patterns, decide what to build or test, improve the survey, and—only with permission—contact you about the selected follow-up purpose. Providing contact information does not guarantee selection or product access.
Information not to submit
Do not enter child names, medical information, private evaluations, rosters, screenshots, exports, credentials, or other sensitive or identifiable player records. Use generalized, fictional, or redacted examples.
Your choices
Participation is voluntary. You may stop before submission and may choose “No further contact.” If you previously opted into follow-up, use the contact channel through which Coaching Intelligence reached you to withdraw that permission or request correction or deletion.
Giveaway separation
No giveaway entry is currently being collected. If the planned giveaway opens, its entry information, official rules, and privacy terms will be presented separately. Research participation will not be required and will not improve odds.
